"Showed up a bit beat up"
It was the right item and it basically looks like what I expected, but the box arrived crushed and the print had a little scratch on it. Not completely ruined or anything, just kind of frustrating considering the price. Shipping time was fine. THE CONDITION THOUGH? Yeah, that was disappointing

"Customer service took a while"
Ordering was easy enough, but when I needed help, waiting for customer service to reply felt frustrating. I was kind of stuck not knowing what was going on, like I couldn’t really move forward until they got back to me. They did eventually answer and helped sort things out, but I really wish the response time had been faster.

"To be fair, the shirt looks..."
To be fair, the shirt looks nice and the fit was okay overall. I just wasn’t a huge fan of the material after wearing it for a few hours, it started to feel a little rough. It’s definitely not terrible, but I was hoping it would be softer. I’d consider buying another one if they improved the fabric.

"Okay order, but the communication was frustrating"
I ordered from firemerch.com and the items themselves were fine, so it wasn’t a total bad experience or anything. But getting any updates was kind of a hassle. I’d email them and then wait days for a reply, and when they did respond it was usually really short and didn’t fully answer what I was asking. I ended up having to follow up more than once, which got annoying. Not the worst company I’ve dealt with, but if they just communicated better, it would’ve been a much smoother experience.

"Backorder took longer than I’m used to"
The item was on backorder, which I expected, but the updates came in slower than I would’ve liked. Compared to other orders I’ve placed elsewhere, I’m used to getting clearer or more frequent status updates, so this felt a bit frustrating.

"Pretty normal experience in the end"
I ordered a shirt and kind of forgot about it for a while, then noticed it was taking a little longer than I expected. It did show up eventually, and the sizing was fine for me. The print looks decent enough, not something that blew me away, but also not bad. I had to reach out to customer support once and they weren’t super quick to respond, though they did help once they got back to me. So overall, it was okay, not a terrible experience, just average.

"Payment options were a hassle"
trying to order from Fire Merch was more frustrating than it needed to be. The payment options felt really limited, and I couldn’t use the method I normally use. I didn’t want to create a new account or switch up how I pay just for one order, so I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Not a lot of options, plus way too many reminders"
I was disappointed with the selection. The designs felt really limited and kind of boring, so I expected there to be a lot more to choose from. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive — it felt like I kept getting pushed to come back or finish something, which just got annoying after a while

"Made It Across the Border in One Piece"
I ordered from Canada and, after what felt like a small eternity of suspense, the parcel finally showed up about 2 weeks later. Everything arrived safely and looked good, so no tragic ending here. The tracking worked, but it barely updated, which added a bit of mystery to the whole journey. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably order again...

"Exchange was literally simple"

"Discount didn’t feel like much"
I checked out Fire Merch hoping I’d find a solid deal, but the discount didn’t really add up to much in the end. It’s hard to describe, but the prices still felt a bit high to me even after the savings. Not a terrible experience or anything, just kind of disappointing if you’re mainly trying to save money.

"Tracking Did the Job"
I was able to track my order without any real issues. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it gave me the info I needed. If you’re waiting on something, I’d just keep an eye on the tracking updates because they worked fine for me.

"Shipping was a little steep"
Not gonna lie, the stuff I ordered from firemerch.com was totally fine. I grabbed a couple of items and didn’t have any issues with the products themselves.

The only thing that threw me off was the shipping cost. It felt a bit high for what I bought and made the total more than I expected. I’d probably order again, but only if I was getting more things at once to make it feel more worth it

"Delivery left me annoyed"
I ordered from firemerch.com, and while my stuff did show up eventually, it came much later than I expected. The tracking was frustrating because it barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself and wonder what was going on. The product was fine once it arrived, but the whole delivery experience put me in a bad mood. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Shipping got here quicker than I thought"
I ordered from firemerch.com and, for whatever reason, I figured it was going to take a while. But it actually showed up fast, and I got the tracking update sooner than I expected too, which was nice.

Everything came in fine, and I didn’t have to follow up or bug anyone about it. That whole part of it was just easy, so yeah, I was happy with how it went...

Before I ordered, I looked over the return policy and also checked what other people had mentioned about returns, just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. It was easy to understand overall. One part made me pause and read it twice, but there weren’t any big surprises, which I appreciated.

"I ordered a hoodie and a shirt..."
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt from firemerch.com, and the sizing was pretty much exactly what the chart said. I’m usually stuck between a medium and a large, so I went with the large, and it fit nicely without being baggy or awkward.

I was relieved because online clothes can be so hit or miss, and bad sizing always feels like such a preventable hassle. The sleeves and length were right, nothing felt off after trying them on, so I’m giving 5 stars for the sizing.

"I ran into an issue and wasn’t sure..."
I ran into an issue and wasn’t sure how it would go at first, but I had a feeling support would sort it out. It took a few days, but they did end up fixing the problem, and everything is working fine now
